How pricing is calculated
The agent combines the property floor, current booking pace, similar listings, nearby hotels and verified events. Unusual dates are human-reviewed before rates are pushed.
Minimum-stay rules
Four nights when the date is more than two months away, three nights at one to two months, and two nights close to arrival or around short event windows.
Data and definitions
